Requirements and Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2) Proven experience in project management, particularly in plant construction projects, with a strong record of successful project delivery.

3) Have managed 2 or more electromechanical installation projects in lithium battery/semiconductor/solar panel factories (individual clean area exceeding 10,000 square meters), and have over 3 years of operational experience in related factories.

4) Familiar with laws, regulations, construction quality acceptance norms, and standards related to electromechanical installation.
