Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Kolhapur. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role will involve regular travel and frequent interactions with customers.

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work on-site
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
