At The Tea Toast Co., we're dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding our guests expectations. We're seeking a talented Operations Executive to lead our operational efforts and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all the stores and serves as the primary point of contact with multiple internal stake stakeholders.

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

- Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the stores complies with health and safety regulations

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Establish visitation cycles, store evaluations, audits etc.

- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
