Required skills:
• Good functional Knowledge of Financial accounting.
• Monthly trial balance and cash.
• Perform periodic billing (invoices/credit or debit memos) and raise PRs for POs.
• Working with the CA and company secretary periodically to ensure compliance.
• Perform periodic billing and raise PRs for POs– presently monthly.
• Knowledge of Taxation (Purchase and Sales Tax and Withholding Tax).
• Presenting projection of expenses and receipts every quarter.
• Strong bookkeeping experience.
• Tracking the recovery from the customer and Vendor payments are done on time.
• Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers.
• Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions.
• Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports.
• Being familiar with Indian companies’ laws and be able to research and interpret new laws.
• Be able to communicate and work with Indian authorities (like IT department, GST Department, etc.) for company-related work.
