Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge and skills in Vessel Tracking Systems.
• Strong understanding and skills in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with the ability to train and mentor others according to company standards.
• Must be willing to relocate to either Balikpapan.

Job Description:
• Responsible for managing services and relationships with the company.
• Ability to comprehend specification requirements, reference documents, and service scopes, and implement them effectively.
• Provide support to the company in software utilization, technical coordination, report generation, and overall system maintenance. Proactively offer advice to the company and serve as the daily representative of the contractor.
