The Partnerships & Transactions team is responsible for leading acquisition, divestment and partnership activities for RWE Offshore Wind's portfolio of projects (development, construction, operational) as well as supporting projects pipeline growth through new partnership. The team additionally executes M&A transactions in relation to existing assets or to fulfil the company’s growth ambitions.
