Sheridan Lifts are looking for an experienced individual with the skill set to support and develop the day-to-day process within our Service team. The individual must be efficient and organised. If interested, please apply via the advert below.

Job Responsibilities;
• Planning of all service engineers across the 8000 clients including liaising with key accounts planning
• Distributing all call outs as they come in throughout the day
• Ensuring the OOH have the correct information and on call rota is covered
• Receiving all job sheets for your area
• Responding to emails from emails sent internal & external to the service inbox
• Charging all job sheets each morning

Overseeing the progress of the engineers NVQ
• Providing repairs with all information from service sheets
• Overseeing the other admin in service and daily tasks
• Monitoring the schedule to ensure all jobs are processed for invoicing.
• Checking all OT sheets against jobs & signing off.
