A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House team in this exceptional restaurant with rooms offering the decerning diner a unique experience with the highest level of service.

Set in a beautiful heritage building located in the Stunning South Coast - the establishment offers 30 letting rooms and 2 Restaurants. You will be working alongside the talented Head Chef in delivering great food and service with the support of the inspirational front of house team.
