A beautiful and very quiet country house half a mile off the road so a wonderful setting. We have a large fenced garden and a house with an Aga, open fireplaces, excellent WiFi . Our 3 year old flat coated retriever needs walks and attention. He is generally well behaved and loves lots of attention but sometimes needs reminding of his training. The garden might need watering a bit but nothing too onerous. There is a wildlife pond in the garden, and sitting out places too. The house is 4 miles from lovely Georgian town of Alresford and about 10 from Winchester. We are half a mile off the road and it is very quiet with many walks from the door. the house is comfortable and spacious. We love it and have lived here for more than 25 years. Car required.
