About the Position:
This position is located at Rota Middle High School in Rota, Spain, with the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).

Federal employees in Rota are currently entitled to receive a 15% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary.
Duties
• Uses student achievement data and related data to make decisions regarding the school improvement plan, teacher professional development requirements, and programmatic changes.
• Establishes DoDEA educator performance elements and evaluates teacher work.
• Initiates communications between school administration, students, teachers, parents, the local community, and base offices that provide services to the school and/or staff.

Requirements
• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
• Direct deposit of pay is required.
