Brass Marbella is a restaurant in Elviria opening end of May 2024. The location has been known for over 20 years as well established restaurant venue. Our cuisine will open for dinner only as international Brasserie and we will also offer cocktails, drinks and live music events.

Head Chef Starting date will be 1st of May 2024!

We are hiring a fully new kitchen team and build a menu together from scratch. Your position will be an essential part of our new beginning and you will have the opportunity to be part of our DNA

Responsibilities

The Head Chef responsibilities are:
• Food quality and taste of all dishes
• Create menu
• Create recipes
• Train all chefs
• Schedule kitchen team
• Supervise kitchen team
• Run service efficiently
• Supervise and participate in mise en place
• Supervise Kitchen cleanliness
• Supervise Food purchases
• Lead the kitchen team

Qualifications
• Experience in international cuisine, asian cuisine is a plus. Mediterranean cuisine shall be main focus.
