Job Responsibilities of the Operations Administrative Assistant
• Prepare the manufacturing cut sheets as per the custom orders for windows, doors, etc.
• Ensuring cut sheets are sent to production in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to Operations Manager where necessary

Qualifications
• Previous experience in an office environment
• Intermediate to advanced math skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Outstanding work ethic, punctuality and dependability; and
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
