We are seeking a global DFT Leader (Director level) to lead onsemi's DFT/DFx function in developing architectures, methodologies, and standards for the industry's leading intelligent power and sensing technologies company. In this newly created position, you will guide the company's DFT professionals in support of strategic business and product initiatives. As the company's DFT subject matter expert, you will collaborate with other technical leaders and provide guidance and support across our global engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, deploy, and maintain company's DFT/DFx standards and practices with a focus on improved quality and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement DFT methodologies and strategies for mixed-signal designs.
- Define, develop, and support re-usable DFT IP
