Job DescriptionThe dietitian interviewers are responsible for conducting 24-hour food recalls from members of Emirati and non-Emirati households (adults, children, and adolescents) in the homes of the participating familiesAdminister questionnaires to the survey participantsMeasure the height and weight of two members from each householdMinimum QualificationBachelor of Science in Human Nutrition or closely related fieldNative Arabic speakers and Fluency in EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComputer skillsAbility to use nutrition softwarePreferred QualificationPrevious research experience.Owns a carAbility to complete the interviews of at least 50 participants each monthUnited Arab Emirates University with a nutrition/dietetics background who are not currently working or not working in the field of nutrition are welcome to participate in this project to gain practical experience.We are looking for people who will be committed to working on the research projectExpected...
