PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Responsible for managing all purchasing activities for SCM Ops in accordance to company Policies & Procedure.

· Procure material and services for SCM Ops in accordance with company Policies & Procedure.

· Processing purchase requisitions as assigned by the Supervisor in a timely manner.

· Review purchase requisitions and determines proper procurement methods in compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

· Review and/or work with users to develop bid specifications/scope for recurring, complex or unique procurements.

· Prepare an appropriate bidders list for sourcing.

· Prepare bid tabulation and evaluate bids for procurement of goods, services, and construction.

· Conduct pre-id conferences to clarify the specifications, scope and terms and conditions of the procurement.

· Negotiate purchase/contracts and contracts renewals.

· Monitor the execution of purchases/contracts for compliance with purchase/contract provisions.
