Job Details are as follows:-

Designation: Hr Officer

Location: Chalisgaon

Experience: 3.years

Salary Range: . 3.5. ctc

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

Actively involved in training and development programs.

Assist in performance management processes.

Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues.

Handle exit management process.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

Organize events and conferences for employees.

Union handling Liaison with government official.

Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

Proven experience as HR Officer.

Knowledge of HR functions ( benefits, recruitment, training development, etc).

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
