Position Overview:

As a Chief Managing Partner, you will lead our Agency Partner Channel (APC) team to drive distribution sales and expand our market presence in the banking sector. This role requires strategic leadership, effective team management, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and management of life advisors & agents
• Development and execution of distribution sales strategies
• Team leadership, training, and performance management
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Eligibility Criteria:
• Background in BFSI/Telecom/Pharma (Distribution Sales)
• 4-6 years of experience in distribution sales with team leadership
