ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Assign staff to laboratory duties to ensure all required tasks are completed efficiently and effectively meeting all required protocol.Screen umbilical cord blood products/documentation for compliance with all acceptability criteria. Process/test products according to SOP.Ensure all staff perform per CT SOPs and procedures.Oversee quality control and documentation for CB Products.Oversee equipment and documentation for Quality Control, Calibration and Maintenance.Prepare Quality trend analysis reports as assigned.Oversee/perform laboratory training and competency assessments.Participate in CT process improvement and internal systems processes Support and communicate corporate objectives through actions and attitude, including routine review of department performance against department corporate goals to optimize success.Assist in the new projects.Other as assigned.
