Responsibility

Overview:
• Plan, present and manage projects
• Coordinate with the Planning team and Design team to develop and ensure the content in

the proposal
• Ensure working progress with customers
• Handle and fix customer problems
• Receive needs, respond and provide necessary information to customers
• Manage project liquidation process and time (Internal and External)
• Manage and handle payment issues and payment delays
• Build good relationships with potential customers

Project Management
• Manage project implementation from start to finish according to project requirements, goals

and KPIs
• Make recommendations to enhance project success
• Prepare budget and monitor project budget
• Coordinate project activities
• Supervise staff (project coordinator, parttime, support etc.)
• Approve items before starting the project
• Ensure the project is completed smoothly and be ready to resolve problems that may occur.
