GENERAL ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (GES) (ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL)

IKETSETSE TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT AND RECRUITMENT

Our Client is in search of a new General Engineering Superintendent (GES) ( Electrical /Mechanical).

The incumbent will be required to be able to do the following:

Frequent communication with ESKOM and contract management

Providing power failure analysis and strategies

Managing electrical Energy saving projects

Fault finding

Management of underground machinery electrical and mechanical.

Update of electrical drawings

Ensuring compliance with electrical standards

Managing electrical distribution systems

Budgeting and Safety compliance

Participation in Capital Projects

Engaging with management, administrating and presenting business plans and strategies

Outside Section – Management of: Fridge Plants, Compressors, Maturation Plants, Fans and general electrical and mechanical reticulations and pipe networking.

Managing a multi diverse team (Foremen, Electricians, boilermakers, fitters, plumbers etc).
