Job Description
• Provide the technical consultant via telephone / remote diagnosis / onsite support to help dealer's technical fix the problem for customer follows Nissan standard.
• Collaborate with dealer technician upon request.

Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in ME, IE, Automotive or related engineering field.
• Experience in OEM business or Automotive supplier.
• Strong Technical skill and be able to analyze the root cause of problem and take proper action to fix customer car.
• Very good in analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Good understanding in THI dealer operation.
• Very good in communication skill for both THI and ENG.
• Positive mindset, good service mind and can-do attitude.
