Provide technical support to all IT users and responsible for handling incoming incidents via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience. Key Responsibilities/Duties
• Provide technical support over the phone and on premises to all IT users.
• Handle incoming incidents promptly and effectively via phone and email.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues over the phone.
• Take ownership of calls and see them through to closure.
• Escalate calls and issues to senior managers and team leaders when necessary.
