Responsibilities:
• Supporting Project Manager for a major multi-disciplined industrial project.
• Preparing project timeline and ensure the project implemented accordingly.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain the tender progress from tender document, tender queries, supporting procurement team and providing information to management for getting the technical bidding evaluation approval.
• Maintain the project documentation system, financial & physical progress tracking and responsible for reporting.
• Maintain the relationship and communication with the stakeholders, vendors and all related parties.
• Other ad hoc from superior related to project management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor/ master's degree from reputable university with major in Civil Engineering or other related major.
• In depth knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical concepts and ability to prepare schedule & oversight a project throughout its lifecycle, taking an active role in all aspects of the process.
