Role purpose

As a key member of the Global HR Services team, your role is pivotal in supporting Colt's HR initiative to centralize HR services. Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, you will ensure standardized and high-quality service delivery across Colt's global footprint. Your responsibilities include providing operational support, resolving first-line employee and manager queries on HR processes, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance overall service efficiency.
