Salary: £65K - £70K + Significant Project GP bonus + Company Vehicle

The Role:

- Responsible for all HVAC aspects of commercial, industrial and educational projects
- Handle around 5-7 projects at any time of medium value (£100K – 300K typical, some a little larger)
- Working with their pre-construct team to finalise a design, liaising with the client for their approval, surveying and ordering all materials including ductwork and machinery, organising labour teams to complete works and then seeing the project through to completion with customer approval and commissioning.
- Surveying the job on site after order, liaising with Pre-con design team on design requirements, confirming access requirements for plant
- Confirming BOMs / qualifying the need and quantity of materials to be ordered
