Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, the Data Architect and Analytics Manager manages a team responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining comprehensive automated financial reporting tools and workflows to support the vision and long-term roadmap for data strategy of our corporate finance department, contributing with the other member of FP&A department.

Oversee post-implementation developments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless business operations. Develop and mentor reporting analysts to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment and prepare them for success within the company. Ensure the accuracy, stability, and scalability of financial reports, align reporting with global best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate and align data. Implement alerts and controls for key metrics to promptly identify deviations and drive risk-reducing actions.
