**Missions et responsabilités**

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The VIE will work within the R&D team localized on the site of San Martin plasterboard plant in Spain. He will take part to the development of new types of plasterboards either with lower CO2 impact or providing stronger safety of the living place. The job will take place at the interface between R&D and manufacturing with the objective of supporting the resolution of product and process issues that might arise during the critical step of industrialization. It will include lab work but also industrial trials for which proposals, active participation and deep analysis of the outcome are needed.

Main responsibilities:

- Review of the state of the art, existing documentation and existing protocols,
- Set up of adapted lab protocols,
