Facilities Coordinator (factory)

The Facilities Coordinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Procurement and Vendor Management
• Assist in the management of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
• Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
• Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date at all times

Budgets
• Using a client compatible format in preparation of half-annual operating budget
• Provide details to monthly operating expense variance reporting –Budget vs. Actual
• Half annually evaluation & adjustment of budget

Canteen Facilities Operations
• Assist in the implementation a comprehensive food canteen management program for your site(s)
• Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
