In terms of the Sanlam Group Governance Policy, SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, which is part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group. The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes.

What will you do?

1. Business planning
• Work with Branch Manager and contribute operational insights to monthly, quarterly and annual

business planning.
• Work with Branch Manager to determine sales targets for the team, in line with and in support of the

objectives and strategy for the Branch, Area and Province.
