JOB POSITION: FINANCIAL MANAGER

INTRODUCTION

Raudev is based in the Gauteng Province, in the Randburg/Randpark Ridge region and it specialises in residential property development. It is a subsidiary of the Raubex Group which is listed on the JSE in the construction sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full finance/accounting function of the company and several third-party entities and reporting to the Commercial Director of Raudev.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BCom, CA, SAIPA or appropriate qualification is essential;

• Registered with a professional institute;

• Must have at least 3-5 years post qualification experience;

• Sound knowledge of South African Accounting and Taxation policies and practices;

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and specifically Excel and preferably BuildSmart

• Proficiency / Interest / Knowledge / Experience with Technological Integration into Accounting an added benefit.
