What you will enjoy doing
• You will use Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodology and tools to analyse complex data and to interrogate business processes to identify tangible and high impact business improvement initiatives
• Success is therefore to streamline and transform the cost base to become more efficient, be more productive and lead to lower cost per unit (fixed and variable costs) and therefore directly supporting the EMERGING AFRICA Countries in meeting its P&L objectives
• Conduct improvement feasibility studies which will include analysis of information for cylinder filling, cylinder maintenance, supply chain and distribution trends and operational data of equipment
• Development and application of best practice project management standards
• Ensuring that the delivery of all projects is consistent with the appropriate productivity process methodologies
