Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning materials to support our internal Learning and Development initiatives as well as those of our clients.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning formats that align with client’s scope of work.
• Incorporate interactive learning elements, such as quizzes, simulations, and gamification, to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Incorporate gamification and other interactive elements to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Ensure that digital learning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible to learners with diverse needs.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and usability of digital learning content.
