As the Payroll Administrator, your will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation within our organization. This role involves managing various aspects of payroll, including data entry, calculation of wages, tax deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. You will aslo be required to handle employee enquiries, whilst collaborating with HR and the Finance departments to maintain an efficient payroll processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Payroll Processing - Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities, including collecting and verifying timekeeping records, calculating salaries & wages, and inputting data into our payroll software
• Compliance Management - Stay updated with South African labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with legal obligations
