Skills Required:

· Exceptional verbal English communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.

· Familiarity with PSA software.

· Strong problem-solving ability, independence, and a customer-centric mindset.

· Experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable.
