Once known as the ‘Postie', the new world of mail and parcel delivery means that as a Delivery Agent you are the “go to” person for customers on your round, answering questions and resolving or escalating issues. Our Delivery Agents are key front-line ambassadors for NZ Post and are an integral part of delivering world class services to our customers.

On Call Delivery Agents are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us our during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle!
