Functions:
• Actively support the administration in the preparation 243;reports and the preparation of any necessary documents.
• Contribute to the follow-up of pending issues to ensure their timely resolution.
• Manage attention #243;telephone and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are responded to efficiently.
• Perform any additional tasks required for the ó success of projects and operations
Requirements:
• Educational requirements: have a high school diploma or equivalent from institutions recognized by the Ministry of Public Education (MEP), preferably with training in secretarial or related areas, obtained in vocational schools (INA) or other accredited private institutions. br />
• Basic English desirable
