PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The School of Communication Studies at the NWU (Mahikeng Campus) has a vacancy for a Lecturer or a Senior Lecturer in the vibrant and dynamic field of communication. The incumbent will be responsible for Teaching & Learning, Curriculum Development, scholarly work and providing study guidance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Teaching
• Teach general communication courses, introductory and advanced level courses to a diverse student body, including skills as well as specialty courses in journalism, corporate and development communication.
• Bring enthusiasm and strong pedagogy to teaching; engage in a practical, hands-on program of teaching; and provide strong mentoring to students.
