We are searching for a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our growing team. As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, playing a vital role in the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. You will partner with managers and employees to ensure a positive and compliant work environment

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
