Job Function:

The Manager, HR Business Partner will work with business leaders in the designated branch/es to plan and implement HR strategies and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals as well as builds and sustains partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-adding services and positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
• Build and develop a strong advisory working relationship with business partners and stakeholders in the Branch to ensure that HR plans and programs are supporting the achievement of business objectives
• Collaborate with the HR Zone Head, HR Functional Experts, and Employee Services Teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation and service delivery in the branch
• Ensure branch plantilla is in place and resources are available at target levels for the branch
