Position Title: CAD Operator

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Team

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: April 2024

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:
• Prepares preliminary, for constructions and as built plans for the following services:

o Plumbing

o Mechanical

o Electrical

Applies mark up to the plans

Creates mechanical and electrical details

Layouts plans with respect to the mark up detail provided by the client

Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings

Ensures that schematics (electrical and mechanical) matches the layout within the plans

Creates 3D details

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year experience in construction industry
• Any degree with Architecture or Engineering
• Proficient in using Autocad and Sketchup
• With good communication and comprehension skills
• Strong Attention to details
