The soon-to-open COAST HOTEL (a forty-room boutique hotel) in Flores Avenue, Barangay Looc, Dumaguete City, is looking for a SALES MANAGER:

Responsibilities
• Create new business opportunities through several platforms.
• Handle all sales activities.
• Implement the sales activities and action plans stated in the hotel's sales and marketing strategy.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure a high level of hotel exposure through direct sales solicitation.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual sales & marketing business plan in line with the overall hotel business objectives.

Requirements
• A strong team player and has a can-do attitude
• With excellent and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• With relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
• Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
