• Supervises the services of Integrated Pest Management and Fumigation for the whole of COMPANY Village and Training centre.
• Oversees the services of the waste management vendor to ensure no issues of noncompliance with COMPANY HSE set rules on waste management. Also provide the monthly, quarterly, and annual waste reports in their various categories
• Prepares documents for ISO-14001 audit as it concerns all services under the scope of this service.
• Carry out site location measurements and risk analyses for service to be executed to ensure accuracy of work scope and cost estimates.
• Prepare scope of works and cost estimates for tasks based on measurements and risk analyses carried out for tendering and renewal purpose.
• Follow up to ensure that trees are not overgrown to cause incident and plan for periodic tree trimming exercise with the vendor.
• Participate in contract award selection processes (technical and commercial) ensuring transparency and budget discipline.
