We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Development Specialist. As a Talent

Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, implementing,

and evaluating talent development programs and initiatives within our organization. You will

be responsible for assessing the learning and development needs of employees, designing

appropriate training programs, and overseeing their execution to ensure alignment with
