Job Responsibility
• Develop and implement safety procedures for the construction site and ensure all workers adhere to safe work practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Provide training for workers on the safe operation of equipment and effective methods for hazard prevention.
• Conduct thorough safety assessments of the site, promptly addressing identified hazards or potential dangers.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their root causes and propose preventative measures to mitigate future occurrences.
• Offer guidance to the company on compliance with health and safety legislation- Liaise with relevant government authorities, including DOSH.

Job Requirements
• Possess at least a diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or a relevant field
• Hold a Yellow Book and be registered as a Site Safety Supervisor with the DOSH or equivalent
