Job Responsibility

Responsibilities
• Reach and increase dotcom online customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent quality of the picked products and ensuring that the customer receives the order on time.
• Deliver the picked product in good condition
• Picking process is carried out according to the rules and routines to support the drivers and customer service as well
• Pick the ordered products accurate quantitative and qualitative, and storage at the dotcom area
• Knowing and following HACCP rules. Pick by the HACCP rules during shopping: expiry date, packaging and cold chain.
• Knows the scope of the employment related legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies and the employer's instructions,
