Responsibilities:

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

1. Graduate/PG/Equivalent

2. Experience in delivering and managing training function in a similar environment (ecommerce business experience, would be an added advantage)

3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual environment

4. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key skill requirements for training proactively 5. Managed mass performance assessments and improvement enabled by technology / process

6. Certification and or strong experience in Training Delivery / Content Development / Knowledge Management

1. Proactively Identify process training needs basis stakeholders requirement

2. Proactively Analyze resource forecast on timely basis with business and transition team
