Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant studies.
• Knowing retail dynamics
• Minimum 10 years of active experience in recruitment, talent management , Payroll and personnel affairs (Including 3 Years of managerial experience minimum),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Native Arabic Language.
• Excellent MS office & SAP User.
• Dynamic, with high planning and organizational skills, result-oriented and analytical
• Strong communication skills, leadership vision, and team management skills
• Having a class B driver's license and no travel restrictions
