Job Description:
• Responding to inquiries and striving to meet client needs as a commitment to the client and part of after-sales.
• Conducting initial meetings with clients and performing high-level site surveys with the Engineering team to gain insight into the client's project.
• Preparing system solutions and proposals with Design Engineers to create clear and understandable product offers.
• Proactively communicating with clients to enhance the sales process.
• Drafting, reviewing, and issuing contracts to clients.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual Sales Reports in written form as follow-up actions delivered every week.
