Access Personnel Ltd are currently hiring Seafood Production Operatives, on behalf of our client, a leading seafood supplier located in Alness, Ross-shire.

Shifts: Working hours are generally from 6am to 14:00 pm unless the needs of the business requires overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grading Shellfish: Utilize automated grading machines to ensure precise sorting of shellfish according to quality standards.
• Packing to Specifications: Pack shellfish meticulously, adhering to customer specifications and ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality.
• Cleaning and Hygiene: Perform thorough cleaning duties at the end of each shift to maintain a sanitized and organized workspace.

Adhere to the "clean as you go" policy to ensure a consistently tidy production environment.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow and adhere to all Health and Safety policies and guidelines.
