We live in the Cotswolds near Shipston on Stour. The barn is in a small courtyard shared with two other barns with ample parking. Friendly neighbours too. We have a good sized enclosed garden with outside seating area. We have two active English Springer Spaniels (aged 8 and 2) - both females. They need two walks a day and two feeds per day. We grow plants in the greenhouse and would need these watering during the warm weather. We also have a small veg patch. We also feed our fish and have bird feeders. There is a good local village shop selling all essentials. Also an excellent and popular local pub/restaurant in the village. Plenty of lovely country walks as well as a large recreation ground to exercise the dogs off lead. Chipping Norton is 5 miles, Moreton in Marsh is 5 miles and Shipston on Stour is 5 miles. Mainline railway at Moreton in Marsh. Stratford upon Avon is 25 mins in the car. Oxford 40 mins in the car. More Detail
